Airline Flight Academy is recruiting for a Training Coordinator role in their Operations team based in Santry.

The successful candidate will work as part of a team responsible for scheduling training for pilots across Europe, gaining experience across a range of flight operations activities.

This role is suitable for recent graduates who are keen to learn and can work in a busy environment, collaborating with airline colleagues to get the right people trained at the right time.

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling pilot training activities, including initial, recurrent and upgrade simulator training, and maintaining pilot training records.
  • Administering data and training documents, tracking errors and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Booking travel and accommodation for instructors and trainees, and rostering training and flight duties for Ryanair pilots.
Requirements
  • Candidates must be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and multitask.
  • Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven data entry and PC skills, and administrative experience.
  • Candidates with previous experience in the aviation industry or in crewing/rostering/resource management are preferred.
