Key Role in Aviation Operations

The Operations Crew Controller plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of our daily flight schedule. This individual is responsible for managing crew resources and ensuring that all flights are adequately crewed.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage crew rosters in a timely, efficient, and legal manner in accordance with company policies and competent authority regulations.
  • Monitor and control disruptions to individual schedules, such as sickness, standbys, swaps, extra flights, delays, and cancellations.
  • Oversee crew hours limitations and provide management with regular reports.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work on shift (4 days ON - 4 days OFF, early or late)
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Have permission to live and work in Ireland without restriction
