Aircraft Operations Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising administrative arrangements for aircraft operation.
- Manage crew control, flight watch, and ground operations to ensure seamless aircraft movement.
- Carry out duties to support the commander in dispatching aircraft and coordinate daily scheduling with relevant parties.
- Supervise the Operations Control Centre on shift, ensuring coverage of all aspects of Operations Control.
- Review operations and make informed decisions regarding schedule disruptions, on-time performance, and customer care.
- Coordinate flight planning issues with local air traffic control centres and Eurocontrol.
- Manage disruptions to the flight schedule with handling agents and other departments.
- Coordinate with ground handling for radio calls from aircraft, estimated arrival times, and parking stand allocations.
- Monitor entry and accuracy of operational data input into the operations management system.
- Produce daily/weekly/monthly reports as directed by senior management.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to work under pressure, and have strong communication skills.
