Aircraft Operations Specialist

Key ResponsibilitiesYour main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Fleet Development Manager with configuration selection and pre-delivery activities for new aircraft.
- Liaising with Boeing on the delivery and acceptance of new aircraft.
- Supporting the Fleet Development Manager with aircraft transitions, sales, lease returns and delivery of new aircraft.
- Engaging with lessors and resolving queries in a timely manner.
- Ensuring all contractual requirements are met for aircraft lease/sale agreements.
- Coordinating with Aviation Authorities on registration/transition of aircraft.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills and experience writing technical instructions.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Lateral thinking skills to identify areas for improvement and provide solutions.
- Strong attention to detail in multi-tasking situations and ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel for work purposes.
