Job Title: Flight Roster Coordinator

This is an excellent opportunity to join our Operations Control Centre team as a Flight Roster Coordinator. The role involves ensuring that crew are within flight time legal limits and accurately recording their absenteeism and punctuality.

The ideal candidate will have a high degree of flexibility, excellent problem-solving skills, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring crew compliance with flight time regulations
  • Accurate management of crew attendance and punctuality records
  • Developing and implementing solutions to day-to-day rostering challenges
  • Collaborating with operations control management to develop efficient solutions to operational disruptions
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other relevant software
