Crew Controller Job Opportunity

Are you a detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy taking on new challenges? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Crew Controller to join our team.

As a key member of our Operations Control Centre, the Crew Controller will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our flights. This includes managing crew flight duties, tracking absenteeism and punctuality, and developing solutions to day-to-day crewing problems.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities, and a high degree of flexibility. They will also be proficient in MS Word and Excel and able to work under pressure while maintaining a professional telephone manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and manage crew flight duties
  • Monitor and record crew absenteeism and punctuality
  • Develop and implement solutions to day-to-day crewing problems
  • Assist with operational disruptions and perform other duties as requested by management
Requirements:
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and outgoing personality
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and maintain good telephone manners
  • Computer literacy, particularly in MS Word and Excel
