Electrical Design Lead

We seek an accomplished Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in designing and delivering electrical systems for large-scale projects.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead the development of electrical designs, oversee construction drawings, and drive solutions to technical issues. They will provide expert guidance to subcontractors and site teams on all aspects of electrical engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage electrical design and construction drawing processes, ensuring timely completion and compliance with project plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues using established troubleshooting techniques.
  • Develop and implement document control processes, maintaining accurate logs, records, and technical documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant qualification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a mechanical and electrical contracting environment.
  • Strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations and protocols.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Data Centre experience.
  • Competency in MS Office and document control software.
