Responsibilities
- Represent CRT to key stakeholders across the globe and at all levels of seniority
- Provide a level of mentorship and professional development while driving quality deliverables and attention to detail of the team's work products
- Write well-reasoned and technically sound Executive Result Summaries in accordance with internal standards to clearly communicate regulatory requirements, testing scope and approach, testing results, and key issues
- Lead a global, diverse testing team in multiple geographies, allocating resources to projects in order to achieve key deliverables
Requirements
- Excellent technical writing skills
- Exemplary communication and relationship building skills at all levels from senior executives to individual contributors
- Inclusive mindset that recognizes the value of a diverse global team and an ability to work across cultures with adaptability and flexibility
- Analytical, able to evaluate business data and testing results with healthy skepticism and an ability to work in ambiguity

- A competitive salary range of $115,000 - $190,000 per year
