Job Title: Store Leader

A leading retail position is now available for an ambitious and results-driven professional. We are seeking a skilled leader to join our team as a Store Manager at Mahon Point.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Performance: Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, visual displays, and promotional activities.
  2. Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, addressing their needs, and providing personalized recommendations.
  3. Piercing Services: Conduct piercings, educate customers on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions and concerns.
  4. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, manage, and develop your team to drive results and foster a positive work culture.
  5. Store Operations: Oversee inventory management, cash handling, visual merchandising, and coordinate promotional activities to ensure seamless store operations.
Requirements:
  • Results-Driven Mindset: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
  • Retail & Leadership Experience: At least one year of retail management experience preferred, with a proven ability to drive sales and support team success.
  • Strong Communication & Selling Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and close sales.
