Retail Store Manager

An excellent opportunity exists for a Retail Store Leader to drive sales, growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Meet retail sales targets and exceed expectations through effective store management and merchandising.
- Ensure attractive visual displays that align with weekly promotions and enhance the shopping experience.
- Recruit, develop, and coach staff to foster a positive customer service culture and achieve business goals.
- Maintain high-quality goods and ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and professional in appearance.
- Oversee stock management, including pricing, ticketing, cleaning, ironing, and stock rotation to maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage shop accounting procedures accurately and efficiently to maintain financial integrity.
- Take full responsibility for inventory and security of equipment and fittings to prevent losses and ensure compliance.
- Plan and execute fundraising events to promote the organization's brand and values locally.
- Ensure health and safety compliance, including training and maintenance of safety equipment to protect employees and customers.
- Proven retail supervisory experience with a track record of success.
- Customer-focused mindset with a drive to meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Excellent team building and motivational skills to lead and inspire staff.
- Creativity and innovation to drive business growth and improve processes.
- Integrity and trust to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Flexible approach to working hours to meet business needs.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
- Prior relevant education or certification in a related field.
- Experience in fashion-based retail environments.
