Job Title

A Retail Store Manager is needed to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy service station in North Cork.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring that all customers receive an exceptional level of service.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. They must also be able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stock and cash control procedures, investigating and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement measures to prevent accidents.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate staff to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality service.
