Lead Residential Care Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Residential Care Manager to join our team.
Job DescriptionOur residential services provide a safe and supportive environment for adults with intellectual disabilities, operating across several locations in County Limerick.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of care professionals to ensure the highest standards of care and support in line with HIQA regulations.
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with HIQA standards.
- Effectively manage budgets to optimise resources.
- Demonstrate leadership skills to lead a staff team effectively.
- Have a detailed knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards.
- Not less than 3 years' experience working with children/adults with an intellectual disability in a residential setting.
- Social care worker (CORU Registered) or Nursing qualification (Must have NMBI registration/ PIN).
- Proven managerial skills with not less than three years' experience at management level and an appropriate management qualification to Fetac/QQI level 6 or equivalent.
