About This Role:
We are seeking an experienced EASA Part 21 Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Part 21J Design department, you will be responsible for producing high-quality design documentation that meets all applicable EASA airworthiness and environmental protection requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that engineering documents comply with all applicable EASA airworthiness and environmental protection requirements.
- Production of EASA Part 21 approved design documentation to ensure airworthiness of produced designs.
- Compilation of design documentation, including accomplishment instructions, engineering drawings, compliance reports, and instructions for continued airworthiness.
What You Will Do:
- Act as a liaison between Compliance Verification Engineers and project teams to ensure showing of compliance for applicable airworthiness and environmental protection requirements.
- Manage design changes and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements:
- Technical Degree (B.Eng, B.Sc) or EASA Part 66 qualification/Aircraft Maintenance Engineers Licence or equivalent.
- Proven experience in EASA Part 21 Design.
- Strong understanding of EASA aviation regulation and requirements.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet required deadlines.
