  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, support new initiatives, and participate in ongoing training and development programs.\
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, returns, and exchanges, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.\
  • Participate in regular performance reviews, receiving feedback and coaching on areas for improvement.\
  • Engage in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service capabilities.\
  • Support the implementation of new initiatives, processes, and systems, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.\
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture, fostering open communication, teamwork, and respect among colleagues.\
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including window displays, in-store promotions, and product rearrangements.\
  • Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute sales promotions, events, and activities that drive foot traffic and increase sales.\
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback, using insights to inform improvements to products, services, and overall customer experience.\
  • Participate in inventory management, including counting, stocktaking, and reporting any discrepancies or issues.\
  • Support the management team in achieving business objectives, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.\
  • Engage with customers on social media platforms, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.\
  • Participate in data-driven decision-making, using sales reports, customer analytics, and market trends to inform strategies and initiatives.\
  • Collaborate with the HR department to manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.\
  • Support the management team in planning and executing events, such as staff training sessions, customer appreciation events, and community outreach initiatives.\
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points, using insights to inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer experience initiatives.\
  • Participate in quality control checks, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulations.\
  • Engage in ongoing learning and development, staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.\
