About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences.

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in helping our customers find the perfect piece of jewellery to mark a special occasion. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and making recommendations based on your knowledge of our products.

To succeed in this role, you should have a positive attitude, natural communication skills, and the ability to engage with diverse customers. Prior jewellery experience is not necessary, but you should have an interest in jewellery products and brands.
