Senior Culinary Team Member

We are seeking an experienced and talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled chef to manage their own section of the kitchen, prepare high-quality dishes in line with the menu, and contribute to delivering exceptional food and outstanding customer experiences.
About the Role:
- Manage your own section of the kitchen, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and presentation standards.
- Assist the Head Chef with menu planning and new dish creation to enhance the culinary experience.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and compliance with regulations.
- Support and mentor junior kitchen staff to foster a collaborative environment.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar culinary role.
- Strong culinary skills and creativity to deliver innovative dishes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment.
- HACCP knowledge and relevant culinary qualifications preferred.
- Team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.
