Job Opportunity

This is a fantastic chance for an experienced corporate solicitor to take on a new challenge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients globally.
  • Collaborate with various practice groups, including Corporate and Securities, M&A, Cross Border Transactions, and Integrations.
  • Assist with drafting corporate documentation, conducting due diligence projects, and acting as a country or regional coordinator on global transactions.
  • Develop strong working relationships with partners and lawyers in various jurisdictions.

Requirements

  • Qualified as a solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England and Wales.
  • Excellent academics and demonstrable corporate experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to review, analyze, and organize documentary and factual evidence.
