Corporate Lawyer Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with a strong corporate background to join a dynamic and growing legal team, working on high-value commercial matters. As a corporate lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and company reorganisations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acting on complex corporate transactions, providing strategic advice to clients across various sectors.
  • Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Supporting senior lawyers in complex corporate matters and projects, contributing to team development and growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service delivery, communication and negotiation skills.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in corporate/commercial law, with a strong understanding of corporate transactions and advisory work.
  • Proven experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, with a focus on negotiation and dispute resolution.
  • Excellent client management and communication abilities, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
