Job Title: Assistant Manager

Seeking an ambitious and results-driven Store Supervisor to lead our retail team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock control, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to motivate team members, drive sales performance, and maintain store standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, handle customer queries, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Contribute to staff training and development, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail experience, ideally in a supervisory or team lead role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks effectively, and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
