Job Description

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee store operations and manage district performance.

  • Lead and manage district stores, overseeing all Store Managers
  • Foster a positive, high-performing team environment
  • Coach, support, and develop Store Managers to drive success
  • Monitor and optimize stock flow and cash management
  • Conduct regular district tours with the Sales Executive
  • Provide analysis and feedback to support key projects
Requirements

A strong retail professional with a proven track record in managing teams and driving business results is required for this role.

  • Minimum 2.1 degree in any discipline or at least 3 years of management experience
  • Strong communication, planning, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Motivated, flexible, and results-driven leader
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
