Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities management (IFM) at a prestigious Life Sciences site.

This is a hands-on role where you will coordinate day-to-day operations, oversee hard and soft services, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

You will also ensure all regulatory requirements are met, drive operational excellence, and take responsibility for health & safety.

A strong understanding of regulated environments (cGMP & cGDP) is essential.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead all on-site FM activities, delivering services to the highest standards
  • Full H&S responsibilities for all related activities and targets
  • Full P&L responsibility for all activities and targets
  • Full operational responsibilities for all activities and targets
  • Drive a self-delivery model and continuously look for tactical efficiencies
  • Oversee hard and soft services, ensuring equipment is operational and compliant
  • Manage contractors, tender processes, and service agreements
  • Monitoring all PPM and DM (reactive works) that may impact on the business
  • Ensure adherence to all site policies while challenging the status quo through change controls
  • Maintain auditable records for all maintenance activities
  • Build, lead, and develop on-site teams with a focus on succession planning
  • Provide formal reports to clients and program teams
