Key Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as a point of contact for payment processing teams.
  2. Ensure current processes are efficient and effective.
  3. Maintain awareness of client service level agreements and strive to meet them.
  4. Identify opportunities for process improvements to achieve savings and efficiencies.
  5. Propose and implement solutions for key process issues.
  6. Monitor and review new procedural releases for compliance and team understanding.
  7. Apply effective change management protocols.
  8. Escalate payment & payroll issues to senior management.
  9. Respond promptly to queries and ensure tasks are completed as expected.
  10. Analyze information to present high-level insights to management.
