Senior BIM Modeller

We are seeking an experienced BIM Model Manager to join our team.
As a key member of our project delivery team, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing 3D BIM models for various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of BIM software and experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of all building systems and components into the BIM model.
- The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
- Experience with Revit, Navisworks, Auto CAD, or similar BIM platforms is essential.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and manage 3D BIM models for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to define project requirements and ensure the correct implementation of BIM.
- Conduct BIM coordination meetings to ensure the team is aligned and any design conflicts are addressed promptly.

About You- You hold a degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- You have minimum 3-5 years of experience in BIM roles, preferably in construction, architecture, or engineering projects.
- You possess excellent technical skills, particularly in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, Auto CAD, or similar BIM platforms.
