We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Labeling and Technical Documentation Specialist.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for creating, revising, and managing product labels and technical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory, Quality, R&D, and Marketing, to ensure that labeling documentation meets global standards and regional market needs.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Create, revise, and manage product labels and technical documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure labeling documentation meets global standards and regional market needs
  • Support product development and lifecycle management projects
  • Assist with audits, regulatory submissions, and change control processes

Requirements

  • A technical degree or certificate in a related field (e.g., technical writer, engineer)
  • Many years of relevant professional experience in labeling, quality, regulatory affairs, or R&D
  • Experience in project management and leading complex projects from creation to release
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and ideally excellent knowledge of German and/or French
  • Resilient, reliable, and service-oriented with a keen interest in implementing projects and creating high-quality documents
