Data Annotation Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Annotation Specialist to join our team. This role will involve creating, evaluating, and refining question-and-answer pairs across various domains to support the development of advanced language models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Annotate data accurately according to detailed guidelines.
  • Evaluate the quality of existing data and AI-generated content.
  • Develop and maintain annotation standards and procedures.
  • Conduct research for high-quality, contextually accurate annotations.
  • Provide feedback to improve annotation processes and tools.
  • Identify patterns and insights from annotated data.
  • Research and define new content categories and classification strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent language skills in Czech and knowledge of market events.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and follow complex guidelines.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.
