Job Title: Data Annotation Specialist

Job Description:

Our organization seeks a skilled professional to work on developing advanced language models. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating, evaluating, and refining question-and-answer pairs across various knowledge domains.

This role involves working with detailed guidelines to annotate data accurately. Additionally, you will evaluate the quality of existing data and AI-generated content, develop and maintain annotation standards and procedures, conduct research to ensure high-quality annotations, and provide feedback to improve annotation processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Annotate data accurately according to detailed guidelines.
  • Evaluate the quality of existing data and AI-generated content.
  • Develop and maintain annotation standards and procedures.
  • Conduct research to ensure high-quality, contextually accurate annotations.
  • Provide feedback to improve annotation processes and tools.
  • Identify patterns and insights from annotated data.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent Vietnamese language skills and knowledge of market events. They should also have strong analytical skills and attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, and the ability to work with large datasets and follow complex guidelines.

Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
