Data Annotator Specialist

A leading global technology company is seeking a Data Annotator Specialist to support the development of advanced language models. In this role, you will help improve AI systems by creating, evaluating, and refining question-and-answer pairs across a variety of knowledge domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately annotate data according to detailed guidelines.Evaluate the quality of existing data and AI-generated content.Develop and maintain annotation standards and procedures.Conduct research to ensure high-quality, contextually accurate annotations.Provide feedback to improve annotation processes and tools.Identify patterns and insights from annotated data.Research and define new content categories and classification strategies.Required Qualifications:
Excellent German language skills and knowledge of market events.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication.Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.Ability to work with large datasets and follow complex guidelines.Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.Additional Information:Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 37.5 hours/week, mon-fri
