Job Description

We are seeking detail-oriented candidates for the role of Data Annotation Specialist. The ideal candidate has previous experience in effectively coping with a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and possesses a strong aptitude for working with data.

The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be flexible and analytical, with the ability to understand and interpret large datasets and apply predefined guidelines, ensuring the accuracy and quality of annotations.

  • Annotate English data accurately and consistently, adhering to predefined annotation guidelines
  • Evaluate the quality of existing data resources and machine learning classifiers
  • Develop, implement, and maintain guidelines for consistent, high-quality classification and content creation
  • Perform research as needed to annotate accurately
  • Provide feedback on annotation tasks and contribute to continuous improvement
Essential Competencies:

High proficiency in English is essential, with a deep-rooted passion for delivering success. Essential competencies include:

  • C1 Level minimum in English (CEFR)
  • Educational background: Degree Level 7 & above
  • Understanding common social norms (social dynamics, social media, popular culture)
  • Ability to work efficiently under project delivery deadlines
  • Communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Team player with flexibility and innovation
Candidate Experience:

Candidates should have experience in referencing online resources, rephrasing, and writing cohesive answers to prompts in the perspective of a LLM. They should also possess data and trend analysis skills, as well as experience developing initiatives.
