Job Summary

We are seeking skilled hospitality professionals to join our team as Food Servers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm welcomes and exceptional customer service to guests in all service areas.
  • Ensure a high standard of service is achieved at all times, meeting 4-star expectations.
  • Anticipate and meet guest needs, paying attention to detail.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of products and services, including opening hours, menus, beverages, and pricing.
  • Take accurate orders promptly and have a good understanding of allergen awareness, dietary requirements, and product knowledge.
  • Recommend menu items, wine, and beverages to promote sales throughout the hotel.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all service areas, including glassware, tableware, salt and pepper cellars, and chair disinfection.
  • Address any issues or complaints promptly and communicate with supervisors or managers as necessary.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels for the next shift.
