Job Summary:

As a server, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that residents and guests receive high-quality food in a timely fashion.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Serve meals professionally, demonstrating a genuine concern to please residents and guests.
  • Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
  • Perform all side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality food to residents and guests.
  • Display professional behavior and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
  • Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
  • Tactfully handle resident concerns and complaints.

Working Conditions:

This position entails standing for long periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate effectively with others, sit, stand, walk, and use hands to handle objects and equipment. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to present information in one-on-one or small group situations with residents, guests, and other associates. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
