Are you a compassionate and skilled healthcare professional looking for a challenging role?
Healthcare Assistant positions are now available at multiple hospitals across Waterford.
We're seeking experienced candidates to join our team as Care Assistants, working various part-time, full-time, weekend, and relief shifts.
Cover your own days, choosing from a range of schedules to suit your lifestyle.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have completed your QQI Level 5 Major Award in a Healthcare Discipline and hold relevant training certificates within the last two years.
This includes:

  • Patient & Manual Handling\
  • CPR & AED Training\
  • Other course updates may be required\
\

You'll also need to provide immunisation records for Hepatitis B Vaccines and undergo Garda Vetting as part of the registration process.
A background check and references from previous employers, educational institutions, or voluntary associations will be required.

\

An own vehicle is highly desirable, but access to public transport is also acceptable.
You'll enjoy attractive rates of pay per hour with premiums paid for night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.
