Insurance Agent Job Opportunity

About the Role:

This role involves working face-to-face with customers in an office-based setting, handling phone calls and enquiries from existing and new clients.

You will be assisting individuals with new quotes, policy changes, MTAs, and queries about renewals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing advice on car, home, and commercial vehicle policies to clients
  • Managing new business quotes, payments, and customer queries (phone and walk-in)
  • Working collaboratively as part of a high-performing team in-office
  • Engaging with both new and existing clients (renewals and MTAs)
Your Profile:

This position would suit someone who has prior experience in insurance, either with a broker or an insurer, and is looking for a new opportunity in a dynamic environment.

  • At least 1 year's experience in an insurance role (broker or insurer)
  • Actively working towards your APA qualification through the Insurance Institute
  • A background in sales and a genuine interest in helping people
  • Comfortable working as part of a team, and happy to meet customers face-to-face
