IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing technical support to maintain, manage and repair IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure computer hardware software systems networks printers and scanners.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data protection requirements.
  • Respond to service issues and requests in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical support across the organization both in person and remotely.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A relevant third-level qualification in Computer Science or Computing.
  • Proficiency in Linux and Windows OS environments.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Show ability to prioritize tasks manage workloads and meet strict deadlines.
