We are seeking a skilled professional to join our client's expanding team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to work across various building surveying disciplines and contribute to the growth of a leading commercial property consultancy.
The Role:- We are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor with excellent technical knowledge and strong project delivery skills to deliver commercial building surveying services, including contract administration, technical due diligence, dilapidations, and building pathology.
- The successful candidate will produce high-quality reports and documentation, provide expert advice and guidance to clients, build and maintain long-term client relationships, and contribute to business development and fee generation.
The ideal candidate will be MRICS / SCSI qualified with a degree in Building Surveying or equivalent, commercially astute, and have experience in a proactive consultancy environment. Strong report writing and client presentation abilities, as well as embracing technology and innovation in service delivery, are also essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver commercial building surveying services, including contract administration and technical due diligence.
- Produce high-quality reports and documentation, and provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- MRICS / SCSI qualified with a degree in Building Surveying or equivalent.
- Commercially astute and experienced in a proactive consultancy environment.
