Building Surveyor Job Opportunity

We are hiring a Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team in Dublin. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work across a broad range of building surveying disciplines, supporting a national client.

This role involves delivering commercial building surveying services including contract administration, technical due diligence, dilapidations, and project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and skills in building pathology, report writing, and client presentation.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Must be MRICS / SCSI qualified with a degree in Building Surveying or equivalent.
  • Should have commercially astute experience in a proactive consultancy environment.
