Site Lead for High-Rise Building Projects

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating site operations on a reinforced concrete frame project forming part of a major new residential development.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day site works with particular focus on reinforced concrete frame packages (foundations, vertical and horizontal elements, slabs, cores).
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and direct labour to meet programme and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
- Monitor progress, productivity, and sequencing of works, reporting to the Project Manager.
- Liaise with design team, engineers, and client representatives to resolve technical and buildability issues.
- Maintain accurate site records, permits, inspections, and daily reports.
- 5+ years' experience as a General Foreman / Site Manager on reinforced concrete frame projects to mid-rise level.
- Strong knowledge of temporary works, formwork systems, and sequencing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to manage large crews and multiple trades.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Irish construction regulations, health and safety, and QA systems.
- Trade or engineering background (carpentry, concrete, civil/structural, etc.) advantageous.
