Job Title – Trainee Site Manager
Location: Meath
Salary: 40k-50k DOE.

We have several opportunities for Trainee Site Managers with (Residential) experience with one of Irelands Largest Developers, Sites in the Meath area. Our client has an excellent reputation & emphasizes leadership and quality management in construction, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Trainee Site Manager-Specific Requirements:

- A Degree in Construction Management.
- Project Experience Housing, duplexes, and apartments are Essential.
- Fully updated with BCAR.
- Will have strong communication and IT skills, and will be energetic and motivate.

Trainee Site Manager Key Responsibilities:

- Daily management, coordination, and monitoring of site labor and specialist subcontractors.
- Assisting the project team in monitoring progress to ensure alignment with agreed program targets.
- Ensuring that work is completed to the highest quality standards.
- Guaranteeing compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborating closely with the supply chain and subcontractors to foster a positive working culture.
