Trainee Site Management Role

About the Position

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Construction Management and have project experience in housing, duplexes, and apartments. They must be fully up-to-date with BCAR standards and exhibit strong communication and IT skills.

  • Assist the project team in monitoring progress to ensure alignment with agreed program targets.
  • Ensure that work is completed to the highest quality standards.
  • Guarantee compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Collaborate closely with the supply chain and subcontractors to foster a positive working culture.
Essential Requirements
  • A Degree in Construction Management.
  • Project Experience Housing, duplexes, and apartments are Essential.
  • Fully updated with BCAR.
  • Strong communication and IT skills.
