Job Title: Site Operations Manager

The role involves overseeing the setting out and checking of works for a new development project. This will involve ensuring that all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing checks on the quality of works completed to ensure they meet high standards. They will also be required to liaise with sub-contractors and personnel on site in the planning of daily tasks for the project.

Key responsibilities include supervising multiple trades on site, acting as a point of contact for subbies, architect, and client, and ensuring H&S standards are met and adhered to on site.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering or related discipline and 3+ years' experience working with a Main Contractor in ROI. They must also have experience dealing with Irish Water and be proficient in using setting out instruments.
