Job Title: Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently.

  • Manage the site operations, including planning, coordination, and control of resources;
  • Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure that their activities align with the project goals;
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout the project;
  • Monitor and report on progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may arise;

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in construction management, with experience in managing teams and projects. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience in construction management;
  • Proven track record of success in managing large-scale construction projects;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
