Advanced Practice Nurse

The position of Advanced Practice Nurse is available in our Acute Hospital Setting.
This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients with acute medical conditions. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in this field and be able to demonstrate a high level of skill and knowledge.
Key Skills and Qualifications:- Access to Enhanced Nurse or Senior Enhanced Nurse role through the campaign (pending eligibility).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Work Environment:Galway University Hospitals comprise two main sites: University Hospital Galway and Merlin Park University Hospital. These facilities offer a range of departments and services, including Medical, Surgical, Critical Care, Coronary Care, Cardiology, Cardiothoracic, Orthopaedics, Urology, Gastro-Intestinal, Plastics, Ophthalmic, ENT, Vascular, Endo-Vascular, Maxillo-Facial, Nephrology, Respiratory, Cancer Services and Emergency Medicine.
