We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to lead the design and delivery of a major large-scale development project in Limerick.
The successful candidate will coordinate with the design team and external consultants, maintaining a permanent on-site presence to oversee construction progress.

- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assessments

Requirements
- Min 10 years' experience with strong technical and building expertise in various sectors
- Proficiency in Revit and BIM
- Track record in delivering large-scale projects
- Strong experience on site essential
- Strong understanding of Irish building regulations and planning systems
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to plan and work to agreed timelines
