Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Plant Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for supervising the manufacturing process, ensuring quality work, safety of staff, and efficient output.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvement projects to enhance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Liaise with other engineers to develop processes that improve KPIs.
  • Diagnose problems in the production line and provide recommendations and training.
  • Establish safety procedures and protocols.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results and contribute to a safe and productive work environment.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A third-level degree in Process or Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a plant operations role.
  • An excellent record in Health & Safety.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.

This role requires a strong understanding and experience of production processes and operational requirements in the pharma sector.
