Job Description

As a Third-Party Security Manager at TechHeads, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating security risks associated with vendors, service providers, and contractors.

You will ensure compliance with evolving regulations and enhance business resilience against IT security threats.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a robust risk management framework aligned with NIS2 and industry best practices.
  • Conduct security evaluations for third-party vendors, including cloud service providers and contractors.
  • Overhaul and enhance third-party risk policies to meet regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and SOC 2.
  • Lead security incident investigations involving third parties, ensuring swift remediation and compliance reporting.
  • Work across departments to implement best practices and provide guidance on third-party security risks.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on third-party risk management
  • Strong knowledge of NIS2, ISO 27001, and NIST
  • Proven experience in conducting security assessments, audits, compliance evaluations, and implementing new processes.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity threats, risk management, and governance
