Key Responsibilities:

The Sales Executive Lead will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability through the planning and direction of day-to-day operations.

  • Determine sales strategies to maximize revenue and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to provide exceptional sales service.
  • Monitor sales trends throughout the year, including peak and off-peak periods, to optimize sales performance.
  • Perform various sales activities, such as sales calls, contracting, rate negotiation, site inspections, trade shows, and client entertainment.
Main Duties:
  • Lead and direct the sales team to ensure maximum revenue and profitability.
  • Identify and prioritize key sales opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
