Part-time Accounts Assistant Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Part-time Accounts Assistant to join our finance team in Limerick, Ireland.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 18 months experience within an Accounts environment and be available to work 20 hours per week (over 5 days).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate cash/EFT receipts on sales invoices in a timely manner
  • Reconcile key customer queries efficiently and effectively
  • Liaise with customers regarding payment dates and schedules
  • Assist with payroll processing (full training provided)
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required by management

Requirements:

  • At least 18 months experience in an Accounts environment
  • Availability to work 20 hours per week (over 5 days) for the duration of the contract
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and communication abilities
