Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Business Partner to join our team in Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global network of recruitment professionals, delivering high-quality candidates for hard-to-fill positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute recruitment processes from creation to execution.
  • Review qualifications and resumes of potential candidates to qualify their fit for a position.
  • Source and manage a consistent flow of qualified candidates through active and passive recruitment methods.
  • Conduct telephone screens to identify interest and qualifications of candidates.
  • Partner closely with hiring leaders to fill, update and manage active positions.
  • Coach and mentor teammates by identifying areas of opportunity within their book of work.
  • Implement process improvement initiatives by identifying new ideas and solutions.
  • Provide strategic input by leveraging data and metrics to support recruitment challenges.
Qualifications
  • Possess a minimum of 5+ years of experience as an internal recruiter, RPO, or staffing agency.
  • Hold an Associate or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Recruit for hard-to-fill technology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare roles.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for client visits and training sessions.
  • Knowledge of various ATS or CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
