Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Professional to provide exceptional technical assistance to our customers in the ecommerce sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer support through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Develop solutions and improve customer satisfaction by utilizing standard operating procedures.
  • Communicate with management and developers to enhance product functionality and resolve issues.
  • Reduce incoming volume by achieving first contact resolution and proactively advising customers on best ecommerce practices.
  • Assist customers with billing, invoice, and account inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
  • Ability to effectively utilize self-service resources to find solutions is required.
  • Familiarity with various web, ecommerce, and hosting technologies is necessary.
  • Critical thinking and strong soft skills are essential.
