About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Ecommerce Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional technical support to customers in a fast-paced 24x7 environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat-based support channels.
- Develop solutions to improve customer satisfaction and create lifelong advocates of our brand.
- Collaborate with management and developers to enhance product functionality and resolve issues.
- Assist customers with common billing, invoice, and account inquiries.
- Stay up-to-date with product advancements and ecommerce best practices through self-paced training.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented role, preferably in a phone, email, or chat-based technical support or customer service contact center.
- Strong ability to utilize self-service resources (internal guides, external service portals, etc) to find solutions.
- Aptitude toward various web, ecommerce, and hosting technologies and how they work together.
- Critical thinking and soft skills, with a passion for delivering thoughtful solutions that best fit each situation.
- Team player interested in growing and competing alongside some of the best technical support agents in the business.
- Ability to read or edit within at least one web language (HTML, CSS, Javascript, Jquery, etc).
