Job Overview:

This role is part of our 2026 Graduate Programme, designed to take you through real-world learning experiences and help you build confidence in your abilities. You will work as a Quality Associate onsite at one of our state-of-the-art facilities.

The primary goal is to reduce the occurrence of defects against the quality standard across all functions by ensuring that processes and operations meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to site-wide KPIs relating to quality, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance
  • SUPPORT THE QUALITY TEAM TO DRIVE A STRONG QUALITY CULTURE ON SITE
  • Ensure all processes within the quality Operations remit comply with the Quality Management System through the provision of quality data
  • Play a key role in planning and participating in audits with customers and other third parties
  • Work collaboratively with the Production Manager and wider team to ensure quality operations requirements are fully resourced at a shift level
  • Oversee and support site/area RCAs for all process deviations
  • Implement and verify CAPA effectively
  • Maintain customer product specifications/certifications and support final product grading
  • Support audit quality practices and processes within the site focusing on the prevention of deviations
  • Contribute to the development of best-in-class standards across the organization
